Steel & Tube’s journey over the years has been based on its vision to become the leading and most reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality steel profiles in East Africa and beyond.
It is this goal that has driven the company to recognition as one of Uganda’s most reputable manufacturer and supplier of steel products for construction and building projects.
Steel & Tube Industries Ltd in 2024 has continued to navigate through a tough business environment with resilience. Our enhanced capacity, our position as a cost competitive producer, our state-of-the-art machinery, our cutting-edge technology and our strong business relations with leading raw material suppliers across the world have allowed us to capitalize on emerging opportunities efficiently and effectively while primarily offering you high quality steel products.

At Steel & Tube, we focus on understanding the market needs of our customers and have recently taken a bold decision to invest in a new WIRE ROD MILL production line and a manufacturing division, THE PRE-ENGINEERED STRUCTURAL DIVISION. In retrospect, I am pleased to say that we got our Pre -Engineered Building (PEB) timing right – from designing to building to installation. We are one of the steel manufacturing companies that produces all the STIL TMX B500 Bars, Smart Tanks (the highest quality stainless-steel tank), Mat Tile Sheets, STIL Ribbond BRC and many more.

We would like to assert that Steel & Tube is FUTURE READY. Our future is built on a strong base, highly skilled workforce, modern technologies and methodologies allowing us to proactively align with the winds-of-change to thrive & unlock immense value for our Stakeholders.
