Our automatic welding machines ensure the grip of bars has consistent spacing to provide a defined cross sectional area for designers.

The bars are welded electronically using fusion combined with pressure. This fuses the intersecting bars into a homogenous section without loss of strength or cross sectional area.

Mesh has an average shear strength equal to 80% of the wire strength and physical properties which are rapidly controlled to produce mesh with maximum weld strength combined with ductility.

Tested and approved to the following standards: US ISO 6935-3
